Passed away at the Wawanesa Personal Care Home on Friday September 28, 2018 at the age of 91 years, Anna Plett (nee Kornelsen), of Wawanesa, formerly of Portage la Prairie MB.
Anna leaves to mourn her passing her eleven children Erna Plett of Caaguazú Paraguay, Elma (Wilbert) Kaus of Caronport SK, Leonard (Luella) Plett of Wawanesa, Mel (Vi) Plett of Mafeking MB, Harry (Ruth) Plett of Portage la Prairie, Bill (Bonnie) Plett of Brandon MB, Abe (Marva) Plett of Portage la Prairie, Reynold (Anna) Plett of Portage la Prairie, Joanne (Gord) Carter of Fort McMurray AB, Carol (Kevin) Eby of Caronport SK, Darlene (Alex) Wiebe of Winnipeg; grandchildren Richarh (Sunny), Rodrigo (Eunice), Bianca (Manuel), Diana, Carson, Destiny, Sharleen (Mark), Heather (Nathan), Krista (Timo), Mark (Lisa), Randy, Michael (Kate), Justin (Elyse), Dawson (Christine), Talasi (Ryan), Daren (Brenda), Dustin (Michelle), Shauna (Thomas), Tyler (Nicola), Ashley (Micah), Trevor, Lori (Jeremy), Kevin (Megan), Deicha, Colin (Claudia), Emily (Andrew), Katelyn (Jake), Avery, Zoe, Blaise, Chayce (Michaela), Matthew & Brianna, 31 great grandchildren, also by brothers Joseph (Helen), Abe (Nettie), John (Margaret), sisters Minna, Tina (Albert), Linda, Mary, Susie (Daniel) as well as numerous nieces, nephews & friends.
Anna was predeceased by her husband Levi (1996), a daughter-in-law, her parents, three brothers & three sisters.
A time of visitation will take place at the Willmor Chapel, Glenboro MB, on Tuesday October 2, 2018 from 7:30 - 8:30 pm for those wishing to pay their respects.
A Celebration of Anna's life will be held on Wednesday October 3, 2018 at 2:00 pm in the Treesbank Community Church with Pastor Garnet Hodges & son-in-law Kevin Eby officiating.
Interment will take place in the Millford Cemetery.
Friends that so desire, memorial donations may be made in Anna's memory to the Manitoba Kidney Foundation, PO Box 20077, Brandon, MB, R7A 6Y8.
