Daniel Jean Joseph Simoens

Passed away at the Neepawa Health Centre on Monday, April 21, 2025 at the age of 81 years, Daniel Jean Joseph Simoens, of Carberry, MB, formerly of Bruxelles, MB.

Daniel leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife Anita, children Diane Henderson (Darryl Brown) of Carberry, MB, Karen Dueck (Stan Chipelski) of Winnipeg, MB, Dwayne (Penny) Henderson of Alameda, SK; six grandchildren Bryan, Samantha, Cody, Ashley, Colton & Jessie and two great grandchildren Walker & Lincoln.

He is also survived by his brothers Norbert (Annis), Denis (Alice), Andre (Leanne) and Gerry as well as numerous extended relatives & friends.

Daniel was predeceased by parents Albert & Helene, brother Jean Simoens, sisters Rose Gillis, Angeline Durand, Alice Chevalier, Lorraine Campbell and by twin grandchildren Terry & Scott Brown.

Mass of the Christian Burial will be held on Friday, April 25, 2025 at 11:00 am at St. Gerard Catholic Church, Bruxelles, MB with Prayers & Eulogy prior to Mass at 10:30 am. Father John Te Nguyen as Celebrant.  Interment to follow in the parish cemetery.
