On Friday January 21, 2022, Neil Franklin Stouffer of Belmont, MB, passed away peacefully at home at the age of 90 years.

Neil leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife Phoebe (nee Bouton), four children Sheri Stouffer of Belmont, MB, Molly Stouffer (Kelly Gibson) of Minaki, ON, Gabe Stouffer (Heidi) of Boissevain, MB, Dan Stouffer (Linda) of Minneapolis, MN; thirteen grandchildren Jodie (Mike), Shawn, Dana, Jim, Aurora, Davide, Lucas Marcus, Josh, Jessica, Jewel, Jerika and Briar; three great grandchildren Aden, Alex & Easton as well as numerous extended relatives & friends.

Neil was predeceased by his parents Edwin & Alexandria, sister Helen and by brothers Garth, Bruce, Terry, Denis & Leonard.

A Celebration of Neil’s life will be held on Saturday January 29, 2022 at 2:00 pm in the Willmor Chapel, Glenboro, MB, with Kelly Gibson as officiant. 

Memorial donations may be made in Neil’s memory to the United Nations Refugee Agency, UNHCR Canada, 2 St. Clair Ave. W., Suite 802, Toronto, ON, M4V 1L5. 

Due to Covid restrictions, the service is limited to invited family members & friends.  However, those unable to attended, the service will be webcast & available to view online on Neil’s profile page at www.willmorchapel.com later in the day.
