Scott Stearn ~ Celebration of Life
It is with heartbreak and profound sadness that we share the passing of our dearest husband, father, son, brother, uncle, son-in-law, brother-in-law, nephew, cousin, friend, Scott Allan Stearn, of Alexander, MB.
Scott was born on February 12th, 1968 in Victoria, BC to Al & Joan Stearn, and big brother, Blair. Following a severe stroke the evening of August 31st,, he passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2023 at the age of 55 years at the Brandon Regional Health Centre, Brandon, MB.
Scott leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife Andrea (nee Granger), children Emily & Ethan of Alexander, MB, mother Joan Stearn of Victoria, BC, brother Blair (Ann-Marie) Stearn & niece Gabby of Victoria, BC, mother-in-law Conny Granger of Nesbitt, MB and brother-in-law Troy Granger (Lindsay Hargreaves) of Brandon, MB.
He was predeceased by his father Allan Stearn and by father-in-law Allan Granger.
We are beyond privileged to have known him and loved him, all his incredible layers. He truly was just the best human. He came…he laughed and loved and left, and the world will never be the same.
Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Scott’s life will be held on Saturday October 28, 2023 at 11:00 am in the Wawanesa Centennial Hall with Sharon Hamilton officiating. Reception to follow in the hall. In keeping with Scott’s motto through life, dress is most certainly casual.
Friends that so desire, memorial donations can be made in Scott’s memory to a charity of choice.
