Guy Bernard Paradis

Guy Bernard Paradis of Brandon, MB, formerly of Dunrea, MB, passed away peacefully at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Wednesday November 30, 2022, at the age of 91years.

Guy leaves to mourn his passing five children Marielle Coleman of Ottawa, ON, Gerard (Lorraine) Paradis of Dunrea, MB, Michelle (Sandy) MacDonald of Dunrea, MB, Ivan (Sheryl) Paradis of Arcola, SK, Martin (Kara) Paradis of Boissevain, MB; thirteen grandchildren Chantal (Nick), Brandon, Danielle, Jordan, Stephanie, Dallas, Morgan (Jade), Matthew, Nathan, Devin, Ashton, Briar, Lennon, three great grandchildren Madison, Jasmine & Adeline.

He is also survived by his brothers Father Edmond Paradis & Father Francois Paradis both of Winnipeg, MB, sisters Yvette Boulet of Regina, SK & Clémence (Jack) Bignell of Winnipeg, MB, brother-in-law Pierre Huberdeau of Portage la Prairie, MB, as well as numerous nieces, nephews & extended relatives. 

Guy was predeceased by his wife Jeanne (nee Boulet) (2020), parents Arthur & Alice Paradis, sisters Lillian Huberdeau, Angella Hudon, brothers-in-law Arthur Hudon and Jules Boulet and by son-in-law Clarence Coleman.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday June 24, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in the St. Felix de Valois Catholic Church, Dunrea, MB with Father Phillip Malayil and Father F. Paradis officiating.  Interment will take place in the St. Felix Parish Cemetery.  Following the burial a reception will be held in the former Dunrea School Gymnasium.  Everyone is welcome.
